Privacy policy

Contact details you give us (name, company, phone, email, building address), the details of the work requested, and inspection records created while servicing your building. If you email us documents such as a deficiency list or an order to comply, we keep them with your file.

When you successfully submit an enquiry, we also record the information you intentionally submit, including contact details, building and service selections, urgency and your message, with our site analytics provider. We do not capture form values as you type or focus fields.

Our site records usage information such as page views, interactions and attribution information, including campaign parameters and identifiers stored in cookies where present.

To respond to your request, quote and schedule work, perform and document inspections, invoice, and contact you about upcoming or overdue service. Inspection reports are provided to you and, where applicable, filed with the authority having jurisdiction, which is part of how your building stays on record as maintained.

We also use site analytics and attribution to understand visits and enquiries. Ad-conversion sharing is enabled by default where configured; you can opt out using Privacy preferences in the footer. First-party analytics and attribution may continue after opt-out. Enquiry details are still used to respond to you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or scheduling, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send service-related text messages about scheduling, arrival times and inspection status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect the service we provide.

Nobody, except where it is necessary to deliver the work: the authority having jurisdiction for inspection filings, your insurer at your request, and service providers who help us operate (for example scheduling or accounting software). We do not sell personal information.

Inspection and service records are retained for as long as needed to meet Fire Code and insurance requirements, and because a building’s history is the most useful thing we can bring to your next inspection. Contact information is kept while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards.

An advertising opt-out is stored for 90 days, after which the default applies again unless you opt out again. You can change your preference sooner in the footer.
