Fire Alarm Testing & Inspection
- Includes annual inspection service with base labour cost, labour and materials required (ie lifts or specialized equipment) under CAN-ULC S536
- Can be annual, semi annual, quarterly or monthly depending on the clients needs or requirements
- Typically under 3 year contract
Installations And Verification
- Includes installation of fire alarm equipment or ancillary devices to fire alarm systems to connnect ancillary systems to building. Under CAN-ULC S524
- Verification of installation of fire alarm devices up to code and under the CAN-ULC S537
Extinguisher Inspections
- Includes annual inspections or monthly inspections of extinguishers with reporting and recommendations of safety precautions.
- Deficiencies based on inspection for replacement extinguishers or 6 year service/hydrostatic testing.
Emergency Lighting Inspections
- Includes annual inspections or monthly inspections for emergency lighting
- Deficiencies based on inspection report for replacement batteries, additional lighting (installed by an electrician) or replacement of lighting equipment
Sprinkler Inspections
- Include annual, semi annual, quarterly, monthly inspections of sprinkler devices tied into fire alarm system
- Subcontract out sprinkler repairs or installations
Consultation of Fire Services
- Providing consultation of fire safety services, equipment or legal dispute with AHJ (Fire department or Authority Having Jurisdiction)
- Clarification of what is required by law under the OFC (Ontario Fire Code)
Reports
- All services include reports of inspections for insurance or fire department requests
- Can be tailored to some degree based on client needs
- Includes deficiency recommendations and services required to bring fire code compliance to outstanding deficiencies.
- Can reference fire code for direct law stating complete under the OFC
